  • Payment information — payments are processed by our booking platform and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Your recordings & files — the audio and video produced during your session, which we deliver to you.
  • Usage data — basic, standard information your browser sends (such as device and general location) and aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, manage, and deliver your bookings, tours, and recordings.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send booking-related communications (confirmations, reminders, file delivery).

How your files are handled

Recordings are typically delivered via a download link and kept for a limited time (around 30 days) before being removed from our delivery storage, so please download your files promptly. Bring your own drive if you'd like a copy on the spot.

Booking, payments & embedded services

Booking and pricing on our location pages are powered by our booking partner, WhereToPodcast, which is embedded on this site to show availability and take payment. Some pages also embed videos from YouTube. When you interact with these embedded services, they may collect information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: our booking and payment providers to complete your booking; service providers that help us operate (e.g., email and hosting); and where required by law or to protect our rights.
